How to Apply for Good Conduct

  1. Log in to eCitizen

    Visit eCitizen and select "Directorate of Criminal Investigations".

  2. Start Application

    Select "Police Clearance Certificate" and choose "Adult" or "Child" application.

  3. Pay Fees

    Pay the processing fee (approx. KES 1,050) via M-PESA.

  4. Book Fingerprinting

    Select a fingerprinting location (DCI Headquarters or a Huduma Centre) and a date.

  5. Print C24 Form

    Download and print the C24 fingerprint form and your payment receipt. Do not print back-to-back.

  6. Visit Center

    Go to the center on your booked date to have your fingerprints taken.
