How to Incorporate a Company

  1. Log in to eCitizen

    Go to eCitizen and select "Business Registration Service".

  2. Name Search

    Apply for a name search. Once approved, the name is reserved for 30 days.

  3. Start Registration

    Select "Private Limited Company" and fill in the company details (address, share capital).

  4. Add Directors

    Enter details for all directors and shareholders. You will need their KRA PINs and photos.

  5. Sign Forms

    Download the generated forms (CR1, CR2, CR8), sign them, and upload them back to the portal.

  6. Pay & Download

    Pay the registration fee. Upon approval, download your Certificate of Incorporation and CR12.
