How to Conduct a Land Search

  1. Log in to Platform

    Visit Ardhisasa (for Nairobi) or eCitizen (Ministry of Lands) for other areas.

  2. Navigate to Search

    Select "Search" under Land Registration services.

  3. Enter Parcel Details

    Enter the Parcel Number exactly as it appears on the title deed. Upload a copy of the title or ID if requested.

  4. Pay Fee

    Pay the search fee (approx. KES 500) via M-PESA or other provided channels.

  5. Download Results

    Once processed, download the official Search Certificate which shows the registered owner and any encumbrances (loans/cautions).
